In a world that sends mixed messages regarding femininity; the beauty of true femininity shines brighter than ever before. The tender love of a mother, the soft touch of her hands, the sensual step, the artistic touch, the creative craftiness, the spirit of home, the lingering laugh, the smell of love, the fountain of youth…. Woman
Feminity is still a gift we can give as mothers to our daughters. The ability to embrace what makes us different and connect to what unites us to the world around us. The masculine and feminine have equal value in the eyes of God but not equal gifts. God made us to complement one another, to connect two parts make the whole picture of masculinity and femininity creating new life. Individually we are not lacking our completeness if we are not united with a man or vice versa, however when man and woman join together they complete the unity of the masculine and feminine spirits and create a beauty all of its own.
While men are maculine and females are feminie we are not limited to cut and dry doses or certain measures that define the man and woman roles.
I am thankful I do not have my masculine husband’s voice and I’m thankful he does not have my short sensual curves.
Of all things we are human but there is something extra special about being a female.
A song that says it well….
