connection

Intention is the gift of connection.  What starts in the soul and manifests into the state of an action.  Intention is the engagement of all faculties in alignment with purpose and an awareness of a direct plan.

Intention is today’s definitiness.  It is the space that only “I” can connect to and control.  It is the awakening of “self” defined under the absoluteness of nothing.  There is nothing absolute other than the gift of intention to creation and connection of mind, body, spirit and soul.

Where there is intention there is no need for tension in order to feel connection.  When tension or resistance is required in order to feel the sense of power, growth and engagement, there will always be a need to have more tension or resistance in order to feel strongly.   Ultimately when this happens one has  lost the awareness of true power, light, energy and spirit.

In fitness the need for more resistance to prove strength comes from the struggle to define strength by weight.  The irony between the “push” more weight and “pull” less weight.  The “weight” becomes the enemy to conquer; whether you are executing a chest press in the gym with the goal of more and more weight to prove strength or whether it’s the loss of the pull or attraction to your weight to prove your “thinness”;  it is all an external struggle.

Intention is the internal strength of awareness, alignment and activation of all parts of the whole working synergistically for the symmetry and structure of unstoppable strength.

The ability to add weight in the gym or lose weight in your body is not the goal!

Intention to your connection of all purposes to ALIGN IS! For when we are aligned in mind, body, and spirit it is not weight that defines it is a soul that aligns!
